These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Prime Insurance Services LLC ("Prime Insurance Services," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting our form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Prime Insurance Services is a licensed insurance agency. We are not HealthCare.gov and are not a government agency. We are licensed in FL, AZ, GA, IA, IN, KS, MI, MO, NC, OH, SC, TN and TX, and we work with multiple carriers. The options available to you depend on where you live.

2. Information only, not an application

  • This site gives general information. It is not legal, tax or medical advice.
  • Asking for a call does not enroll you in any plan, and it is not an application for coverage.
  • Coverage begins only after an application is completed and the carrier or the Marketplace confirms your enrollment.
  • Eligibility for financial help depends on immigration status and income. We will help you check. Final eligibility is decided by the Marketplace or the carrier.
  • Enrollment dates and rules can change and can differ by state. Please confirm them when we speak.

3. Permission to contact you

When you check the permission box on our form, you agree that we may call and email you about your request and about health insurance options. You are not required to agree in order to buy anything, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information.
  • Submit information only about yourself, or about someone who has given you permission.
  • Do not submit Social Security numbers, health details, or bank or payment information through the web form.
  • Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or use it to send us spam.

5. Third-party sites and carriers

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Plans, prices and benefits are set by insurance carriers and may change.

6. Our content

The text, design and logo on this site belong to Prime Insurance Services or its licensors. You may view the site for your own use, but you may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

We provide this site "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete.

8. Limits on liability
