Request a call
Tell us a little about you and we will call you during business hours.
What happens after you ask for a call
- We call you. A licensed agent calls during business hours, or you can pick a time that suits you.
- We talk through your options. You tell us about your household and what matters to you. We explain the choices available in your area.
- You decide. If you want to enroll, we help you complete the application with your permission. If not, there is no obligation.
Who we help
- People whose plan is changing. If your health plan is changing or leaving the marketplace for 2027, we can help you look at your options before the deadline.
- People new to the marketplace. If you have never enrolled, we explain the process in plain language.
- People who work for themselves. Self-employed, gig and small-business workers often buy their own coverage and want one person to guide them.
Common questions
What should I have ready for the call?
Your household size and an estimate of your yearly household income. Please do not email or type Social Security numbers or health details; we will go over what is needed on the call.
Will I qualify for financial help?
Eligibility for financial help depends on immigration status and income. We will help you check.
Which plans can you show me?
We work with multiple carriers. The options available depend on where you live, and we will explain what is offered in your area.
Is this HealthCare.gov?
No. Prime Insurance Services is a licensed insurance agency. We are not HealthCare.gov and are not a government agency.
Who will I speak with?
A licensed agent from our office in the Tampa Bay area. Our team speaks English and Arabic.
